Just Watched Endeavour go up. At night. All. The. Way. over the Atlantic. It was an awesome sight when I was 10, and it's an awesome sight now. Always without equal, these moonlit launches. Can't help but deal with the hair standing up tall. Enjoy it now, children, cuz the shuttles go the way of the dodo and Winnipeg Jets in 2010. Of course, I was treated to a few ignoramuses (ignoramai?), talking about the fire and fury that would occur when the third stage lit up. I paused, and looked skyward again. No need to spoil their show. Go Cats.
