Assuming the annual visit to Sens' owner Eugene Melnyk's central Florida horse farm has been completed, the Ottawa Senators should be ripe for a game, if only to ensure their manhood.
Here's the deal from Cats' Camp: Repik, McArdle are in. Booth, Dvorak are out, probably for a long while. Panthers fans were living on a prayer before? Better start worshipping planetary movements and their astrological meanings, for until this game is in the books, no one knows the direction Florida will pursue.
Take a moment to scope out Silver Seven, our friends on top of everything Ottawa Senators.
Gonna be covering this one from afar: about 40 miles or so north. Would love to hear from some of you priveleged folks actually in the building. Oh, and keep an eye on this dood's ice time:

i wish there was a way to truly get across how frustrated this fan base is. at least me and you and all of us on here…buffalo made a billboard to get Dick Jauron fired, should we go that route? obviously not directed at PdB, but rather Cohen and everyone that is not named Sexton, let’s see what he can do with real management.
Is the team for sale?
I understand not wanting to take on big contracts, but it’s got to be incredibly frustrating for fans. And it’s not like their payroll is low… it’s damn high. Tough to understand how such terrible personnel management just continues to be accepted.

yes, but long story. the poor management isn’t accepted by those that follow this team, there’s just not enough of us. frustrated doesn’t begin to tell you, but i love the sport too much to just turn my back.

i can’t imagine it’s very full…Tim Hardaway’s number retirement at Heat Opening Night v. the hated Knicks is a much better draw. but ratings are up 300% on TV..baffling!!!

If I hear “Florida doesn’t deserve a hockey team” one more time….it’s the management/ownership that doesn’t deserve it.

10 game gut check time. Last season after 10, we had 9 points (.450). This year, after 10, we have 5 points (.250). So much for a good start. If there is any saving grace in this stat, it’s that last year games #’d 11-14 resulted in zero points. So, in theory we can stay even with last season by going 2-2 over the next 4 games. Go Cats!?
