Florida Panthers vs. Boston Bruins

Florida Panthers at Boston Bruins, Nov 12, 2009 7:00 PM EST

Looking to fit in with his reunited linemates, Radek Dvorak dons a mask of his own.

Stanley Cup of Chowder        *        Panthers vs Bruins GameDay Coverage        *       TSN Preview

Four days off and what's the score? Ville Koistinen is finished finally at his natural position, some new blood is brought (back) into the fold with toughie Steve MacIntyre, and Scott Clemmensen, aka Goaltender 1-B, might find ice time a little harder to come by. Other than that, it's smooth sailin'. Oh, and the B's Byron Bitz is stoked for this one.

Big thanks to Michael Hurley at NESN for giving us a spotlight, and take a drive over to Stanley Cup of Chowder for their take on Cats-Bears, Game One (and we've got your back, Murph...).

by mjdivo on Nov 12, 2009 8:12 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Paying dearly for it, considering the billing errors they’ve thrown my way, and I have yet to use it for the first time since March. I’m an idiot.

Always a smart fiscal move to not televise a New York team

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:15 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

it is the Islanders…with the #1 draft pick.

Remember last year when FSN declined to show the Cats (deep in the playoff hunt) in favor of an Orlando-area HS basketball game? Or was it football?

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:24 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Ballard’s gonna ride the bench in 3rd. DeBoer don’t play this.

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:26 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

would like to see the forwards press the guys on the point some more

by The Rat Trick on Nov 12, 2009 8:30 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Got to stop with shots-allowed (cumulatively). Not even fair to subject these guys – year after year – to numbers like that

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:31 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Excellent PK!!! Great reads, great movement, TVo’s on it.

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:30 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

he’s looking good. boys need to get him a lead

by The Rat Trick on Nov 12, 2009 8:31 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

I’m half expecting Vokoun to make the 56th save, rush down the ice, and take a shot on Thomas. Someone’s got to do it.

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 8:32 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Vokoun, unassisted ...

… anything is possible. ;-)

by OldDave on Nov 12, 2009 8:38 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

… he’s certainly unassisted at the moment. :-(

by OldDave on Nov 12, 2009 8:39 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

D-Wade just posterized Varejao, got me to take my eyes away from the Cats for a second even!

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 8:39 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

Next Goal Wins??

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 8:44 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

If Panthers get it, no. If Bruins get it, yes.

by Karl Selvig on Nov 12, 2009 8:45 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

i know, unfortanately i agree

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 8:55 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Gonna be a shame that someone has to lose this game; both clubs are earning it

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 9:04 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

i thought you said we were earning the game? i’ll admit i haven’t been watching that closely.

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 9:09 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

SOG haven’t told the tale, I’ll be the first to admit.

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 9:10 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 9:18 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs

Man..,from what I recall, this game has had “playoff style” written all over it. Totally unexpected.

by Donny Rivette on Nov 12, 2009 9:22 PM EST reply actions   0 recs

ha like you would know….i don’t remember things that far in the distant past

by alterego6487 on Nov 12, 2009 9:25 PM EST up reply actions   0 recs
