Prepping for what will undoubtedly be a physical game Monday in Philadelphia, the Sun-Sentinel reports Florida has promoted Steve MacIntyre and Mike Duco. Presumably not for their combined faceoff prowess.

Michal Repik and Jeff Taffe are headed back to Rochester.

Oboy...

Hopefully they don’t do anything stupid. I’m worried about retaliation penalties (and suspensions). We don’t need that right now. If he’s just sending them to check the crap out of Richards’ line, I’m all for it, but we don’t need any thuggery.

(Now if it works out like the recent PIT-PHI game, I’m all for it. Flyers tried to beat up on the Pens and there were two or three fights in the first. Then the Pens wiped the floor with them the rest of the game.)

Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. Perfect game last night. They were lovin’ it in Philly:

Florida 4, Flyers 1.
And it wasn’t as competitive as the final score looks.

Listless Flyers fall to Florida
And this one’s even better. Read the comments. You think we dislike Alan Cohen. Man, they really hate Ed Snider in Philly…
