Though the Cats evidently ran out of steam as Sunday's game wore on, here's where it really got crazy (and check out the time remaining):
Down but not yet out, Florida pushed hard until the final buzzer sounded. Boston's Tim Thomas simply did what Vezina winners not nicknamed "Net Detective" is expected of them: play a full 60.
Cory Stillman's remains on track for a Thursday return, and presumably Rostislav Olesz will have kicked his flu symptoms as well. Nick Tarnasky was back in the lineup yesterday, though fisticuffs aren't on the horizon while employing a face shield to protect his Steve Austin-inspired orbital bone. Good to see him healthy after all this time.
