The time has arrived: you've provided some great suggestions, and I do appreciate all of the emails. The response has been overwhelming (and special thanks to the incomparable Sean Leahy for the link!) We'll have to do another one soo.
For obvious reasons, not every potential nickname we received can be reprinted here. And there were some instant classics, but this community being PG-13 and all...
If this pans out, we'll toss out a Nickname Chad Kilger poll next.
