"The development camp provides our staff a great opportunity to evaluate the progress that our prospects have made in the past year," Panthers General Manager Jacques Martin said. "This camp gives our prospects an opportunity to accelerate their growth and development process and assess where they rank among their fellow teammates in the development process."

The list of all 29 invitees can be found at the above link. Not certain Michael Frolik can still be considered a "prospect" but what can it hurt?
