Big stuff from Panthers' Torrey on GM search
The Sun-Sentinel's Steve Gorten scores big with over-the-top goodness from Florida's alternate governor Bill Torrey:
As for where the search stands, Torrey said he expected there would be considerable interest in the job, but not as much as there has been. Torrey said he has received more than 60 inquiries through emails, phone calls, faxes and mail. Only one of those has no experience in hockey, Torrey said.
Well, who wouldn't want to be involved with a club that the state hardly cares about (and I'm not providing a link 'cuz this is getting So. Old.).
Good news all around. And the applicant with no hockey experience isn't me (I used U.S. Mail and claimed to be a native of Rangoon. Didn't pan out.).

I don’t think the Panthers would be too badly off, if you were GM. You do seem to know a few things ;-)
