Panthers Tuesday Links-of-Wonder: pre- UFA Day edition

Like it needs to be said: a day of potentially gargantuan proportions awaits us tomorrow. Be sure to check back to The Box at 11 am and throughout the day as we live blog the free agency madness from a Panthers perspective.

Gotta hand it to the Cats: they keep it interesting. The Great Rosenhaus/Yormark Feud hasn't even begun, and we're all digging it bigtime. That and much more in today's super-terrific links of greatness.

*

Knowing that even shaky publicity is good publicity, Michael Yormark takes his chances at Puck Daddy, hinting maybe, just possibly, that little fans-hire-an-agent thing might be a ploy.

*

ESPN's LeBrun is live blogging whatever may take place tonight, and it's a good read. On the Florida front:

11:10am: Meanwhile, Florida Panthers interim GM Randy Sexton was on the phone Tuesday trying to sign Jordan Leopold to a new deal. Leopold's rights were sent to Florida along with a third-round pick in exchange for Bouwmeester's rights.

*

Most likely the Cats will be in the market for a backup goaltender. At least this guy is already familiar with Miami Beach's finest. Insert "billion" joke here.

*

Speaking of goalies, Fanhouse's Ciskie has a nice roundup of the best available. Yep, Andy's in there.

*

Also from the 'House, Gretz thinks unusual advertising is nice and all, but there's one more element that hasn't yet been used by the team when selling tickets.

*

Thanks a lot, George. What's your take on Santa Claus, the Toothfairie, and deficit spending? Meanie.

*

Cycle Like the Sedins still hasn't learned their lesson.

*

Mirtle's got a lot going this evening at From the Rink, but we'll start you off with all 30 teams' needs going into tomorrow, brought to you by the blessed union of bloggers at SB Nation.

*

Finally, here's the collective site for all of the network's Free Agency articles. The place to be.
