Team USA begins orientation camp; Panthers' David Booth among initial 34 invitees

Don't get the idea this is something like you might have seen in the movie Miracle, in which players from different regions will be clashing. Booth's group, NHL.com says, will include forwards Dustin Brown, Bobby Ryan, Patrick Kane and Ryan Kesler, defensemen Tim Gleason, Rafalski, Rob Scuderi and Ryan Suter, and goalie Ryan Miller.
