An evening for defensemen on both sides of the ice, as Florida's Jordan Leopold and Dmitry Kulikov each scored power play goals to lead the visiting Cats in Ottawa, while the Sens' Chris Philips unloaded a PPG of his own.

Cory Stillman's 4 shots in the contest led all Panthers. Tomas Vokoun, with the start, played the first forty minutes (surrendering one goal on 17 shots), was relieved in the third by Rochester mainstay Tyler Plante (10 shots, 10 saves).
