Lots of work to be done in the next few weeks and months, but restricted free agents tend to get a bundle of attention, so here we go with a poll (and please...for the Florida RFA's who didn't make the list...no offense, but we have a limit on the number of spots available).

Jason Garrison in a landslide!

Figured this one wouldn’t get too weird. But seriously, it sucks that McArdle got shafted with injuries this year; the best he’s looked since he was drafted.

I like Tarnasty and Ducco.....

for their " give it all " attitude……Only giving one choice is not really fair…..There are 3 or 4 choices to keep.

Noted, Laus. I would have preferred more than one vote as well. Passing the suggestion along to the techies.

Not surprising. He ended up being quite valuable to the team. He got thrown in there because of injuries and rose to the occasion. When he was given the opportunity, he ran with it and improved significantly.

Seriously, though, there’s at least two or three guys on there they should keep (Garrison, Campbell, McArdle) and maybe Duco if he’s needed in Rochester. Not sure on Nasty Nick. He really stepped it up late in the season, but can he play all season like that?

I really like Nasty Nick, as of late. He was out for a good portion of the beginning of the year, with that orbital bone injury….I am sure HE would have duked out some punishment, after Booth’s hit, if he was playing.

a lot of dead weight on that list.

This is straight from the Sun-Sentinel today. If Sexton is thinking like he states below, I think I might puke. He just doesn’t get that the problem is none of the panthers can even get 30 goals nor are they capable of leading in the third period.

Sexton— "On the assumption we’re healthy, I’m pretty happy with our top five forwards. But we need to get bigger, faster, more physical on the bottom end. And we need more depth on defense."
