Panthers' McArdle re-ups for one-year two-way deal
Now this is something pleasant to see; not a single member of Panthers fandom wants this guy - who's fought adversity on a number of levels - to fail. With but one year on the contract, McArdle finds himself in either a rebirth or swansong. Would sure help things along if he could remain healthy; in any case it's a deal without risk for both sides.
In Panthers-semi-related news, former Cat Gregory Campbell has avoided arbitration with Boston, accepting a two-year deal.
And alas, make what you will of this.

If the KHL offered me a contract to play professional ice hockey I would go buy Rosetta stone to learn Russian and learn to like Spaghetti with ketchup…
Personally, I have nothing against Koistinen, I’m not sure what about him lead to this rather acrimonious split, but I hope he does well.
Agreed. In the end I’m guessing it simply just didn’t work. Too much time at forward, Kulikov’s quick ascension, the injury; all worked against him.
