Deboer was looking unusually mad when Kulikov got that overtime penalty that cost the Cats an extra point lol.

In all seriousness

Callahan played decent in his few callups this year, and while I don’t expect the same kind of offensive production, I think this is an upgrade against the lightning for one game—and hopefully that’s all it is, because Kuli has really turned a corner the past few games. I’d rather have defense against the Stamkos line than anything else and I’m actually very worried going forward if we lose anyone else on the backend because our depth is allready slightly exposed.

It was before the penalty. DeBoer said the bad penalty was due to his being hurt. Anyway, I can’t imagine he’s going to miss too many games, but still with McCabe out we can’t afford to lose anyone else.
