Biggest Gains: Tomas Fleischmann
Fleischmann was alive and on fire this week. Flash scored four points, two goals and two assists, and recorded 18(!) shots on net during the week, which caused his shooting percentage to take a dive to 16.9%. He's now tied with Kris Versteeg for the team lead in goals.
Biggest Losses: Evgenii Dadonov
Dadonov replaced Kris Versteeg on the first line in Los Angeles, a chance to prove he can handle top-six minutes. The next game in San Jose, he was a healthy scratch. Dadonov played two games, and registered just one shot on goal. One shot in just 18 minutes on the ice.
| Goaltenders | Trend | Notes |
| Scott Clemmensen |
|
Played one game, and allowed three goals off 26 shots. |
| Jose Theodore |

Faced 53 shots and stopped 50 of them. I think its safe to say, Theodore is the best goalie in the Southeast. |

Great article. I think that Santorelli is due. He is working too hard not to break out of this funk. I believe he will be the one who most benefits from Samuelson getting healthy. Imagine a line of Sturm-Santorelli-Samuelson. Thats a lot of offensive talent and Santorellis willingness to go to the net will result in a lot of goals for him.

Dadnov and San Antonio boys.....
Wow, Dadonov not ready for prime time. I still would have pegged him as a starter last night. A quick exit back to the Rampage is in his future.
The San Antonio boys seem to be entering the NHL luke warm instead of bringing that energy that Dineen wants….They will be making a quick exit when Goc, Bradley, Sammuelson return next week.. Im sad for Kennedy who I thought was going to break out this year.
Now, Im starting to see why the Rampage is at the bottom of the standings. These guys should be coming up to the NHL and scoring points or at least hitting!!!
You should never expect an AHL player to come to the NHL and start scoring. Thats why there in the AHL.
I’m putting here for reflection later on in the season…. #14 Tomas [Fleischmann] is getting a 40G season. FLASH COUNT: 12G/15A

Kennedy had 10 goals and 26 points in his rookie year with the Sabres. Dadonov had 8 goals and 17 points in 36 games with the Panthers last year. We’re not exactly talking career minor-leaguers with these two. Just based on their NHL point totals, they should be scoring more. Not gobs of goals, but a couple of goals each and some assists.

For me, that’s a pretty small NHL sample size to be basing expectations on. I get your point but mine and I think Chris’ was these guys have seen more games in the AHL and weren’t exactly lighting it up down there. Your logic is sound though. You could apply that to all the forwards who are not matching there usual output yet.
I need to decide by tomorrow…Markstrom or Kulikov jersey???
Anyone have an opinion. Would love to hear which yall would rather have
Of the two, Markstrom is the long-term “guarantee”. Just sayin’.

Really impressed by your guys recent success. Your first line is awesome! Weiss is a stud. Hope Samuelsson works out for you guys when he returns. Would really like to see him light it up and have fun.
On our side, Booth is finally clicking on a line with Higgins and Kesler, with a pile of points and a few goals in us last five. They’ve been dominant. We’ve nicknamed them the “American Express Line” (a sort of callback to Naslumd days, where we called his line the Westcoast Express)
Higgins and Booth each had a goal and two assists in last night’s game. I almost felt sorry for Calgary. Almost. OK, I loved it – nothing but sand and ashes for Jay-Bo. I’m good with that.
+1 Booth 2nd Star on NHL.com Good to see that some of the Booth we knew. GWG for Higgings.. too bad that didn’t help me this week in my fantasy team :-( I’m too competitive!!
I hereby predict Captain Mike Weaver #43 will score 6G 20A -RCR 0G8A 11/21

I do and always will have serious bro-love for Booth. I really am rooting for him and my transformation into a surrogate Canuck fan is now complete. His line is quite possibly my favorite line in hockey in which none of the players wear Panthers sweaters, Kesler is awesome, always had a soft spot for Higgins, and seeing Booth do well is encouraging as ever.
Hockey is a business, only we fans love it as a game.
I feel like I agree with you in that I really like that whole line of players, especially considering two of them are former panthers. I really liked Higgins in his short time here and obviously Booth was somone I really liked.
The thing is though, I tried detaching myself from Booth when he was traded and tried convincing myself that trading him was the right thing to do. I also hate to be the loser of our trade, so in a sense I’ve been rooting against Booth…. although I still want to see him succeed. So confusing.
Higgins
Higgins was a hard worker in his time here. Too bad he got hurt and too bad he got traded. I think he would have fit in very nicely on this version of the Panthers.
Good for those guys. I’m happy to see Chris Higgins doing well again after that rough season.
Now if Kesler would start scoring some more goals, it would help my fantasy team tremendously…

btw
Nice work Alex. I like this creation.
OT but did anyone else see that sick pass Corey Perry made to Ryan Getzlaf on the first Ducks goal last night? Thing of beauty.
