As of 1pm, the Florida Panthers have completed two deals:
- Radek Dvorak (UFA) and a 5th-round draft pick have been sent to the Atlanta Thrashers for Niclas Bergfors and Patrick Rissmiller
- Dennis Wideman is off to the Washington Capitals for Jake Hauswirth and a 3rd-round pick
Nothing further with two hours remaining until the deadline as Tomas Vokoun, Stephen Weiss, and David Booth rumors persist. More to come in a bit as the Deadline of Doom rolls on...
