Former Panthers goaltending prospect, Alexander Salak (packaged in the Skille deal) who recently backstopped Farjestad BK to a SEL championship, has been re-signed by the Chicago Blackhawks for a 2 year 1.2 million deal--here's the kicker, it's a one-way deal, meaning the 'Hawks will likely have Salak in their lineup at season's start and will compete against this years rookie standout, Corey Crawford for ice time in the Chicago crease. Way to go Salak.
