ESPN "Camp Tour" stops in Coral Springs
From Scott Burnside:
"In South Florida, the path is less clear [than with Chicago's recent rebuild], although the fan base isn't as bad as many outside the area believe. The Panthers actually ranked 22nd in average attendance last season and the season-ticket base is in the neighborhood of 10,000. That's not to suggest this is Hockeytown South; but, as with so many markets, the key to finding out what this market is capable of is to put a decent product on the ice."
Much more above.

We support winners. When that happens you’ll have a new crop of life long fans for when the down periods happen in the future.

that was super cool.. of course I avoided reading the comments :-)
I hereby predict Captain Mike Weaver #43 will score 6G 20A -RCR
Be impeccable with your word, don't take anything personally, don't make assumptions, always do your best...
Probably good you didn’t. It was 50/50 to relocate the team and the Panthers suck. Just more of the usual “think they know hockey” fans.
This team will compete for the playoffs and I think they make it. Call it a hunch, but there’s a lot of under-rated talent here but how well Theodore plays will be the difference. If he chokes, we croak.
If he craps the bed....
Then Marky-Mark(or possibly Plante, if the powers that be feel Marky isn’t ready) gets his shot mid-season, instead of next season, which seems to be the plan as of now.
I enjoyed the even-handed article by Burnside. Reported the facts, got them from the horses mouth(Tallon), and gave a short and fair opinion………Lambert(Yahoo) might want to rent his video on how to do that.
