The arena won’t make $13 million. You can almost guarantee it. Only way, if I was a commissioner, I would have made any deal with the team is, if profits were split as soon as there was a profit. otherwise, I’d give the team a big finger, because time has proven, they find a way to never make enough of a profit.

My thoughts exactly. That arena is a bloody cash cow and SSE does everything they can to get every event known to humanity in there – but the sweetheart deals need to stop.

There’s one on 595 heading west when you get on after an airport drop off.
