possibilities

The Panthers almost have to move in the standings without even playing tonight. Let’s see if I get this right:

If Washington gets a point (56), the Caps keep third place.
Then if NJ(56) or TOR get a point, the Panthers fall to 8th.
If if they both get a point, the Panthers fall to 9th.
If Washington gets a point and NJ/TOR both lose in regulation, the Panthers stay in 7th.
If Washington loses in regulation, the Panthers go to third regardless what the other teams do (first tie breaker is superior points percentage).

Go Bolts! (and give Thunderbug her job back!)
