Might be "BankAtlantic Center" for a bit longer

Delaware Court of Chancery Judge J. Travis Laster determined that the sale of all of BankAtlantic’s branches and deposits, plus most of its assets, to BB&T would violate the terms of its trust-preferred securities (TruPS) corporate debt. That debt must either be repaid or assumed by the purchaser in a transaction involving "substantially all" of the assets of BankAtlantic Bancorp.
