Weird things happen in situations sometimes. Of all the games I could have done something like this, it came in my 900th game. It's fun, on a weekend night when my kids are here. It's pretty exciting. I'll remember this. With the win, three goals, my kids being there, I think I have a lot of reasons to remember this game.

not a fan of either team just hoping for a good game. I usually root for the AFC team unless it’s a) the Saints (the only NFC team I like) or an NFC team that has never won it playing against an AFC team that has won before.

it’s hard to be up for this game. As a fellow phins fan I am sick of watching the Pats be successful but I still prefer them to win over the Giants. Would have liked a different matchup than what we ended up with. Wish SF and/or Baltimore would have made it instead

Might be a little early to compare the Booth/Sammuelson trade but for now:
Sammy in 18 GMS for Cats scored 5 goals, 7 assists for 12 points.
Booth in 26 GMS for Canucks 8 Goals, 10 assists for 18 points.
Pretty fair trade so far. Cats may have won it if you consider getting Sturm and getting rid of Booth’s salary.
