Playoff Ticket Blackmail. Anyone else?
Spoke with the Panthers Season Ticket account sales, and apparently for me to receive my Playoff Tickets for my seats (Section 101) I am forced to purchase my season seats for next year at $250 a game (new RedZone area).
This Organization is a Joke. I've had season Tickets since 1993, and still kept buying for the passed 10 year playoff drought, and now the team is Screwing over their fans by blackmailing them with Playoff tickets! What a way to turn on your fans!

Yeah, I am in same section. Thought when I bought my ST for 2011-12 that would include option for play off tickets in same year. Guess not, but, guess what, I am not re-newing, they have screwed me for the last time.

I agree, I am going to write a letter to Mr. Yormark about my not renewing and post it.

It’s all about messing with the regular season ticket holder. The thing that gets me the most is the use of the potential playoffs in order to leverage accounts. The account benefit thats been stated since day 1 is playoff tickets, now its "if you don’t renew AND either pay it all up front or within the 3 month period the Play Now, Pay Later benefit becomes Pay First, then See Play. And this isn’t stated anywhere in any of the paperwork.
Really, all Yormark wants to do is have ultra-elites at his arena. I wanted to bet my new rep that Club Red would be a failure – he wouldn’t take that bet. Lol!
Seeing Red since 1994.
They need the $$ to get Club Dead secured. They have billboards all over now. What’s been most annoying is the non stop tweets regarding renewing. Give it a rest for the love of g-d.
I hereby predict Captain Mike Weaver #43 will score 6G 20A -RCR 0G11A 2/9

As you guys know I have been a very positive supporter of the Panthers. I’ve always thought they were fair in their dealings with the public. That stopped today. I have been trying to renew my season tickets since 9:00 this morning. There have been several hold ups. First and foremost I’ve been asked to pay a parking charge I don’t need. I drive a Lexus, Lexus parking is free of charge for anyone driving a Lexus, that is, except if you are a season ticket owner. Season ticket owners are charged $100.00 for parking weather you need it or not. This is unbelievable. I’m buying my season tickets, but the good will that the Panthers had with me is gone. I guess I’m a sucker for renewing my season tickets, I should have told the account rep to stick that charge where the sun don’t shine, but I’m not. I’m just going to be repeating this post on every blog I can, and I’m going to talk to Harvey and George about this
Sounds pretty ridiculous
Well add this to the list of “customer service” issues that Yormark should address, not saying he will. There used to be such a thing called Customer Service and Customer Loyalty. Seems to me both have been lost within the last few years.

I dunno
I just renewed yesterday (after the deadline). Still got all the benefits, was able to pay it over six months instead of the proposed three month plan. Didn’t get charged for Parking, opted out of Panthers Insider (whatever that is, $50), and Playoff tickets are paid per round.
And apparently tickets are all digital now. $20 per ticket book otherwise.
