LBC's "Prometheus" Thread - geekin' with FULL SPOILERS

There's been quite a bit of anticipation within the Litter Box Cats community regarding Alien architect Ridley Scott's return to the genre he defined in 1979. No, there's not a whiff of a Panthers tie-in here, but I'm needing an outlet to discuss what's become a somewhat controversial entry in the AlienVerse, and undoubtedly a few of you wish to chime in with your own thoughts. Issues with the plot? Characters? That tasty new spin on self-surgery? Let's hear it all.

No, we're not turning into a movie site, but it's summer, I'm a longtime fan of the Alien franchise, and Dale won't be trading Florida's first-round pick for another two weeks.
