Bloomberg Businessweek posted their second annual rankings for all professional sports on how well they spend their money. In hockey, the always competitive Detroit Red Wings are on top, with the not so competitive Toronto Maple Leafs at the bottom. The current Stanley Cup winners, the Kings, are sixth.
