The Cats - in the guise of team president Michael Yormark - recently responded to questions, concerns and some criticism leveled at the club by season seat owners, generally having to do with game presentation and related items. It's a minor laundry list of topics, none of which address the mess that is the current on-ice product, but that aspect of the operation isn't within Yormark's direct jurisdiction anyway (Shawn Matthias covered that particular area rather well with his own post-game observations following the Panthers' latest drubbing).
