The European hockey playoff season continues, with the underdog Atlant Moscow Oblast team taking a second road win to open their Conference Final series with top ranked Yaroslavl. Also, the Kvalserien to Elitserien tournament hits the half-way point, while Slavia Prague wins another close one in the Czech Extraliga playoffs.
High Powered SKA knocked out by Atlant, Skellefteå and Luleå win Game 7s
There was lots of action around the hockey world over the weekend, with the high priced talent of SKA St. Petersburg getting knocked out in Game 7 OT by Atlant Moscow Oblast headling the KHL playoff picture. The Canadian Hockey League wrapped up their regular season, and the Elitserien wrapped up their quarterfinals as well.
