Windsor forward Scott Timmins assisted on the eventual game-winner and added another later on as the Spitfires steamrolled the tournament-host Wheat Kings 9-1 for a second straight Memorial Cup championship. Timmins, a Panthers 6th round pick in 2009, ended the game with a +3; eight different players chipped in goals. At the other end, Brandon defenseman Colby Robak (2nd round, 2008) finished with zero points and a -3 while his club faced a ridiculous 53 shots on goal.
