Hockey at the Sochi Games comes to a close as Canada and Sweden battle in this morning's gold-medal game. Sweden is the only team in the tournament to win all of its games in regulation. Canada is also undefeated, but was taken to overtime by Finland in the preliminary round.

Yesterday, Finland took the bronze with a 5-0 rout of a petulant, snake-bitten American team. Teemu Selanne scored two goals and Tuukka Rask posted a 27-saves shutout. While it was tough to see the ol' Red, White and Blue go down in flames, it was nice to see Panthers rookie Aleksander Barkov receive a medal.
