LBC Easter Weekend Playoff Game Thread

Columbus' first-ever playoff win highlighted a great Saturday of NHL playoff action. More to come today...

Charles LeClaire-USA TODAY Sports

Just wanted to briefly wish everyone a Happy Easter. There is a ton of NHL action on tap today, so stop by LBC and join in the fun by putting your two cents in.

The St. Louis Blues converted on a major penalty with seven seconds left in regulation time to send their tilt with the Blackhawks to overtime. Defenseman Barret Jackman fired home the game-winner early in the first extra period to put the Blues up 2-0 in the series. Columbus rallied to stun Pittsburgh in double-overtime on Matt Calvert 's second goal of the game, leaving the Atlanta Thrashers-Winnipeg Jets as the only NHL franchise without a playoff win to its credit. And finally, almost-Panthers Gabriel Landeskog and Nathan MacKinnon combined to lead Colorado past Minnesota 4-2.

Saturday's games:

St. Louis Blues 4, Chicago Blackhawks 3  (St. Louis leads series 2-0)

Columbus Blue Jackets 4, Pittsburgh Penguins 3 (2OT) (Series tied 1-1)

Colorado Avalanche 4, Minnesota Wild 2 (Colorado leads series 2-0)
