Predators and Penguins draw even with Jets and Capitals

Pekka Rinne made 32 saves and P.K. Subban and Ryan Hartman scored the goals as the Nashville Predators held off the Winnipeg Jets for a 2-1 victory to even their second-round series through four games. Patrik Laine scored late in the game to end Rinne’s shutout bid.

Jake Guentzel scored twice and Evgeni Malkin potted the game-winner to lead the Pittsburgh Penguins to a 3-1 win over the visiting Washington Capitals. Matt Murray made 20 saves to help the Pens even the series at two games apiece. Guentzel leads the NHL with in playoff goals (10) and points (21).
