Well, we’ve made through another week of the offseason and are now less than two months away from preseason Florida Panthers hockey!

In The 10 least-deserving NHL award winners of the last 20 years, Greg Wyshynski opines that the Panthers Pavel Bure should have won the Hart Trophy over Chris Pronger in 1999-2000 and Roberto Luongo the 2003-04 Vezina Trophy over Martin Brodeur. (ESPN)

The Vancouver Canucks re-signed defenseman Troy Stecher to a two-year contract worth $4.65 million. Stecher appeared in 68 games for Vancouver last season and collected 11 points and 35 PIM. (Nucks Misconduct)

Nick Lappin signed a new-year, two-way deal worth $700K at the NHL level with the New Jerset Devils. Lappin notched an impressive 31 goals for AHL Binghamton in 2017-18. (All About The Jersey)
