And the tryouts begin: Panthers recall Evgeny Dadonov

A plethora of injuries to Florida's ranks as Rochester gears up for the AHL playoffs has got to be creating some ugly migraines for management and fans of the Amerks. Not to mention their travel offices.

2007 third-round pick Evgeny Dadonov will likely see his first NHL action Tuesday when Florida hosts Ottawa. A winger, Dadonov has played in 76 games for the Americans during his first season in North America, compiling 17g-23a-40p, a plus-9, and 36 minutes in penalties.

Hockey's Future has the 21 year-old ranked tenth overall in Florida's system, a list which includes current Panthers Dmitry Kulikov, Keaton Ellerby, Shawn Matthias, Michal Repik, and Jason Garrison placing higher.
