Apologies all around to those present for a most entertaining Live Chat, which was cut short due to a technical difficulty on the network. It’s been fixed, hole’s been plugged, and short of Pavel Bure shunning retirement for a long leap off an invisible pier, all is right with the world once more. Typically when I bail for a meal during a game the results are almost universally positive for the Panthers. Not tonight.
The Panthers essentially “won” two periods but for the second game in a row the penalty kill came up well short, allowing Boston to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 3-1 surplus in short order. And once more the Florida power play failed to connect yet again. Maybe next time, right?
