Welcome to all as we embark on yet another summer offseason of free agent signings and a trade or two to keep the fan base juiced until September. As evidenced by what went down at the expansion draft, the Florida Panthers seemingly consider themselves set at defense, so reinstated general manager Dale Tallon will be looking for a few good wings to fill out his club’s top nine.
