Gameday 5: Florida Panthers at Columbus Blue Jackets

Graphic Design: Francisco Oporta

The Florida Panthers (2-2) will wrap up its condensed four-game road trip tonight when they face off against the Columbus Blue Jackets (1-1) at Nationwide Arena.

Florida got back to .500 with a gritty 4-3 win over the Boston Bruins at TD Garden yesterday. Sam Reinhart and Anton Lundell each scored two goals and Sergei Bobrovsky did his best Grant Fuhr impression, coming up with key saves throughout the third period to make his team’s one-goal lead stand up.

The Blue Jackets will pay tribute to brothers Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, with the Gaudreau family in attendance and a Number 13 frozen into the ice behind each net, in what will be an very emotional home-opener. On the ice, the Blue Jackets bounced back from dropping its first game to the Minnesota Wild with a 6-4 win over the Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday.
