It’s a battle of Eastern Conference teams on the ice in the Big Apple. The Florida Panthers are on the road as they make the trip to face the New York Islanders Saturday afternoon. Florida was upended 5-4 in overtime at home by Washington Thursday night in their previous contest. New York saw their 10-game win streak come to an end as they fell 4-3 in overtime Thursday night. The teams have split the last eight meetings with New York claiming the last two, including a 3-2 shootout victory at home in the first matchup this season on October 12.
