Aleksander Barkov set up a pair of goals by Jesse Puljujarvi in Finland’s 4-1 win over Hungray at 2026 World Championship in Switzerland. Barkov logged 20:43 of ice time, registered three shots on goal, and won ten of the 18 face-offs he took.

Sandis Vilmanis assisted on both of Rudolfs Balcers’ goals in Latvia’s 4-2 loss to host Switzerland. Vilmanis received a team-high 22:46 of ice time and put three shots on Swiss keeper Sandro Aeschlimann.
Marek Alscher logged 14:21 of ice time and posted an even rating in Czechia’s 3-2 overtime loss to Slovenia.
