Graphic design: Francsico Oporta

The Florida Panthers will look to retake the series lead when they host the New York Rangers this afternoon at Amerant Bank Arena in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final. Florida played another solid road game on Frida at Madison Square Garden, but couldn’t come up with a second goal before falling 2-1 in overtime when Barclay Goodrow beat Sergei Bobrovsky 14:01 into the fourth period. Former Panther Vincent Trocheck and Carter Verhaeghe were the other players who lit the lamp in Game 2. Shesterkin stopped 26 of 27 shots while Bobrovsky finished with 30 saves. The Panthers sport a 4-2 record at home during the postseason and are 3-0 overall in games following a loss.
