Florida Panthers retain third overall spot in 2011 NHL Entry Draft

With alternate governor Bill Torrey onhand, the Florida Panthers have been awarded, for the second year in a row, the third overall pick in June's NHL Entry Draft. The Edmonton Oilers and Colorado Avalanche will select first and second, respectively.
