Filip Zadina, a former first-round pick of the Detroit Red Wings, has decided to ink a two-year contract with HC Davos of the Swiss National League instead of signing a PTO with an NHL club. The 24-year-old Zadina produced 13 goals and 10 assists in 72 games while playing on a one-year contract with the San Jose Sharks last season. Zadina was held off the score sheet in both of the games he played against the Florida Panthers.
