Greer each collected their first career playoff goals in the rout, and defensemen Dmitry Kulikov and Niko Mikkola notched their first postseason markers as well. Aaron Ekblad opened the scoring and assisted on Sam Bennett’s power-play goal which put the Cats up by six. Sergei Bobrovsky was within a 1:06 of a second consecutive shutout before Nick Robertson finally beat him. Bobrovsky went a franchise playoff record 143:25 without allowing a goal.
