Goalie Jacob Markstrom will make his eighth straight start Monday. He is 4-2-1 with a .927 save percentage in seven starts since Ryan Miller injured his groin Dec. 20 at the Florida Panthers. Miller backed up Markstrom in a 3-2 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Lightninhg on Saturday. “Jacob is playing well, and I just want to give Miller maybe a little bit more to make sure he’s ready to be on top of his game,” Desjardins told the Canucks website Sunday.
