Florida Panthers foiward Sandis Vilmanis registered four shots on in Latvia’s 3-1 loss to Austria in Zurich on Tuesday. Vimanis played a game-high 25:15 and finished the tilt with an even rating. Latvia is 1-2 heading into Thursday’s match against Aleksander Barkov, Anton Lundell and Finland.
After missing Team USA’s first three games, Matthew Tkachuk is in Zurich and expected to play today when the Americans take on Germany in Group A action.
