Thursday Offseason Caterwaul: Florida Panthers Open Forum

The Florida Panthers have announced that the Amerigol International Hockey Association 2021 LATAM Cup will take place from Thursday, October 14 to Sunday, October  17 at Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs. This marks the third year the LATAM Cup has taken place in South Florida.

This year the Panthers IceDen will host more teams and countries than in previous years with a total of 29 teams haling from Argentina, Brazil, Caribbean, Central American, Chile, Colombia, Jamaica, Lebanon, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and the United States. competing in five different divisions (Men’s DI, DII, Women and Youth U16 & U12)

For those who can’t attend in person, the 2021 LATAM Cup will be streamed exclusively on HockeyTV.com, live and on-demand. HockeyTech recently partnered with Amerigol to bring a digital transformation to the growing game of hockey in Latin American and the Caribbean to increase accessibility. HockeyTV also allows for game downloads, highlighting a player’s best goals, assists, and biggest plays.

The best part is admission to the LATAM Cup is free and open to the public. The first game is on Thursday, October 14 at 9:15 a.m. when Leones de Mexico takes on Venezuela in the first Men’s DII matchup. Click here for the full schedule.
