Game 3 Caterwaul: Florida Panthers vs Carolina Hurricanes

The Florida Panthers will host the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Final at the friendly confines of FLA Live Arena tonight. On Saturday, Matthew Tkachuk’s pretty power-play goal 1:51 into overtime gave the Cats a 2-1 win and two-game series lead over the frustrated Hurricanes. Aleksander Barkov potted a dazzling goal in regulation and Sergei Bobrovsky raised his postseason record to 9-2, thanks to a sparkling 37-save effort. Carolina got an early marker from Jalen Chatfield, his first career playoff goal, to open the scoring. Antti Raanta ably filled in for Frederik Andersen, who should return as the starter tonight.
