Will a three-day layoff alter Florida's recent misfortunes, or is more of the same complacency in store with a four-game road stretch kicking off this evening?
There's been healthy debate about the choice of Luongo's services over Monty; the sentiment in utilizing the backup against a "weak" opponent for the purpose of saving the starter for duties versus a somewhat more proven commodity in Washington tomorrow is sound logic. But considering the week we've all been through (roster, coaches, management & fans) it's easy to follow Gerard Gallant's approach: just get right back at it with your best.
