The Florida Panthers will look to bounce back after suffering another gut-wrenching overtime loss when they face the New York Rangers tonight in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final at Amerant Bank Arena. Trailing 4-2 in the third period, the Panthers swarmed the Rangers and evened the tilt on goals from Aleksander Barkov and Gustav Forsling, but couldn’t produce another before regulation time ended. A good start to the fourth period was undone when Alex Wennberg was left all alone in front and deflected Ryan Lindberg’s shot past Sergei Bobrovsky to give the Rangers a two games to one series lead. Sam Reinhart, Alexis Lafrenière and Barclay Goodrow each scored two goals in the game. Key goals from unexpected sources have helped the Rangers regain home ice advantage.
