Cats prospect Vincent Praplan has three-point game at Worlds
Logan Couture and Timo Meier each scored two goals and added an assist in the San Jose Sharks 6-3 Game 1 win over the St. Louis Blues at SAP Center. Martin Jones made 28 saves and Kevin Labanc and Joe Pavelski also scored for the Sharks who took a one game to nothing lead. Joel Edmonson, Ryan O’Reilly and Tyler Bozak lit the lamp for the Blues.

Juho Lammikko logged 22:32 TOI and won 11 of 26 draws in Finland’s 4-2 win over Slovakia. Kaapo Kakko poured in three more goals for the Finns, giving the second-ranked prospect for the 2019 Draft a whopping five goals in two games. Look out, Jack Hughes.
