On the Farm: Amerks' Beaverson and Sweetland reassigned to 'Blades

The Rochester Americans announced Panthers' prospects Andrew Sweetland and Luke Beaverson will head to Estero, Florida; this is the second such stint for both to the Everblades this season.

W4E say: With all due respect to Benoit Groulx, this could be a mercy killing. However, the Amerks appear to have put their dreadful start behind them. Sweetland's 2 assists and minus-4 in forty games probably hasn't endeared him to the coaching staff, while Beaverson has the excuse of playing in only fourteen, with 1 assist and a minus-3. In their defense, both were playing behind much higher-profile prospects on a club which saw little success over the first half of the year, in an admittedly rebuilding Rochester organization. The Everblades should allow better opportunities for each on an immediate contender under less of a microscope.
